·        Faculty Development projects include those that seek to prepare faculty members with new skills and tools, and new approaches and methodology in teaching and learning that promote whole person education, including competencies in critical thinking, communication, and creativity.

Proposals under Culture and Religion in Asia include those that integrate local knowledge and indigenous wisdom in academic courses, as well as those that  promote understanding and dialogue  among diverse cultures and religions in Asia.

·        Proposals under Campus-Community Partnerships include those that address issues like climate change, conflict, or social welfare, in the context of the local community or broader society by promoting civic and ethical responsibility and applied problem-solving among students and faculty.  Projects may take such forms as service-learning, eco-literacy, or peace education.
