吕丽爽,女,博士,教授,研究生导师

主要研究方向:食品化学与功能性食品

l  天然活性成分的分离纯化;功能因子抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等活性及构效关系

l  Maillard有害产物1,2-二羰基化合物和AGEs形成的机制及有效调控

 

19891993年,原无锡轻工业学院化工系精细化工专业,获工学学士学位;19971999年,原无锡轻工大学食品学院粮食油脂与蛋白工程专业,获工学硕士学位;20032006年,江南大学食品学院食品科学专业,获得工学博士学位;2010年美国NCA&TSU博士后。

近年来发表核心期刊上论文60多篇, SCI收录18篇,h-index i10- index均为10。申请国家发明专利2项。主持国家自然科学基金,江苏省自然科学基金,江苏省教育厅基金等课题,第二主持国家科技部863项目,江苏省自然科学基金,浙江省自然科学基金等课题。2008年校青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师。2016年入选第十三批江苏省六大人才高峰
